Return & Exchange Options
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Eligible items may be:

  • Exchanged for a different size.
  • Returned for store credit, issued in the form of a digital or physical gift card.

Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Wait for the return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item back (customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective)

Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit does not expire
  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Lost or stolen store credit will not be replaced

Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
